Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases on levelexams.com (“Level Exams”) between you as the customer and the following seller:

The version in force at the time of your order applies. These terms are provided in German, Turkish and English; in case of discrepancies the German version prevails. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.

To buy, you need an account with Level Exams (free registration with an e-mail address and password). There is no shopping basket: on the pricing page you choose a package (for exam packages also the exam type and level), confirm that you have read these Terms of Sale and the withdrawal and refund terms, and are then redirected to the secure payment page of our payment service provider. There you enter your card details and confirm the payment.

The presentation of the packages on the pricing page is not yet a binding offer. By completing the payment you make a binding offer to buy the chosen package. The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed and we activate the package in your account.

You can call up the text of these Terms of Sale at any time on this page and save or print it with your browser.

Level Exams offers digital access packages to online mock exams (exam simulations) with AI-assisted evaluation and to lessons. These are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. The following packages are available:

The exact scope of each package is described on the pricing page. “Not limited in time” means: without a fixed term, for as long as Level Exams is operated.

The current prices of the packages are shown on the pricing page; they become visible in your account after you log in. The price shown to you at the time of your order applies.

All prices are stated in euro (EUR), and the payment is charged in euro. All prices include the statutory Montenegrin value added tax (PDV). If an approximate amount in another currency (e.g. Turkish lira) is shown in addition, it is for information only and based on a reference rate; the euro amount prevails. If your card is held in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rates and fees.

You pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). The payment is processed through NLB Banka a.d. Podgorica and its payment platform Bankart. We do not currently offer other payment methods.

You enter your card details only on the payment service provider’s secure payment page; we neither receive nor store card data. The payment is secured with 3-D Secure: you additionally confirm it with your bank. The amount is charged to your card when the payment is confirmed.

How we process your data in connection with the payment is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Level Exams delivers digitally only. As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we activate the package you bought in your account; you use it through your account on levelexams.com. No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping costs.

If the package is not activated although you have paid, please write to us at info@levelexams.com. We will look into the case and either activate your access or refund the purchase price (see Refund and Withdrawal).

As a consumer you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, however, it expires if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. You give this consent and acknowledgement before payment by ticking the checkbox on the pricing page; without it, no purchase is possible.

These Terms of Sale and all contracts between you and us are governed by the law of Montenegro. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
